Where is the blog owner???
Hiiiii everybody!!!!!!!
It has been sooooo long ever since I MIA after my last post in May last year... Poor blog, no owner no visitors... must be very lonely... same to Divine Cafe, no more good food...
Been very "busy":
~ with my 2 kids...
~ with my housework...
~ with going facial & slimming...
~ with "window" & online shopping...
~ with Facebook... (Been spending lots of time playing games recently)
~ with my newborn... (Surprised!!)
Juz delivered my #3 in April this yr... As this bb came by surprise so I had to stop my tai tai life very abruptly!! Sob Sob~~ Now I'm back to be a great mum cum loving housewife who stay at home everyday with bb. Hiazzz...
Actually I had been trying to slim down down since I stopped breastfeeding my elder girl. Going facial, slimming, shopping and leading a tai tai life as my 2 kids are in childcare. Managed to catch a few movies in the cinema with my hubby alone after so many years too which was good as my hubby is not a movie-goer. *wink* *wink*
Anyway, now I'm back, I hope I can spend some time on my blog again.

Received an email from a friend recently. Found it interesting and decided to share it here.

In April, Maya Angelou,
An American poet, historian, actress and an important figure in the American Civil Rights Movement - was interviewed by Oprah on her 70+ birthday.
Oprah asked her what she thought of growing older. She said it was 'exciting.' Regarding body changes, she said there were many, occurring every day ... like her breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first.
The audience laughed so hard they cried. She then shared her wisdom:
'I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow..'
'I've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.'
'I've learned that making a 'living' is not the same thing as 'making a life.'

The Wise Woman's Stone
Recently, I found a book from the library. The name of the book is called: "The Secret Power of Yoga" (A woman's guide to the heart & spirit of the yoga sutras) by Nischala Joy Devi.
Still in the mist of reading it, but found this on the introduction page. Very interesting so decided to share it with everybody.

The Wise Woman's Stone
A wise woman, who was traveling in the mountains, found a precious stone in a stream.
She reverently placed the gem in her bag.
The next day, she met another traveler, who was hungry.
The wise woman opened her bag to share her food.
The hungry traveler saw the precious stone in the wise woman's bag, admired it, ans asked the wise woman to give it to him.
The wise woman did so without hesitation. The traveler left, rejoicing in his good fortune.
He knew the jewel was worth enough to give him security for the rest of his life.
But a few days later he came back, searching for the wise woman.
When he found her, he returned the stone and said,
"I have been thinking. I know how valuable the stone is, but I would like to exchange it in the hope that you can give me something much more precious. If you can, teach me the secrets about the power you have within you, the power that enable you to, without hesitation, give me this precious stone."

Crystal Earrings
This is my new earrings after so many years. Yup, it's made of crystal! Bought them from Stege Global Collection at Parkway Parade when I bot my HTC TyTN II! They are the authorized agent for Crystal Evolution.
Very unique huh! Both the earrings are made of surgical steel, the one on my left ear (with a hook) costs $169 & the left stud costs $49. Price varies for platinum & gold!
Saw the back of the stud? It's flat so it is actually wore from the back to front, screw at the front crystal stud. This is more secured as everytime I washed my hair, the normal gold studs will dropped out & gone. That's y I had never wear earrings for years! Anyway, the shopkeeper still reminded that I should check the screw every 2 weeks juz in case it had loosen up.

Genting/KL/Muar Trip4
Wah 4th post on my 2days 1 night KL trip! Is everyone getting tired of my posts? Haahaa... Okie, back to my story!
After shopping, we went back to hotel, decided to get refreshed, check out & proceed to Muar. When reached our hotel rooms, all the room cards cannot be used! Bil went to checked w the hotel staff & found that they had de-activated all our cards coz it's over check out time. Bil had requested for late check out when we checked in the day b4 & was approved. Hmm... how come we still got locked outside the rooms! Bil had got them to re-activate all the cards but was told only for 1 entry! Once door lock, cannot open again!!! Alamak! Anyway, after all the hoo-haas... we managed to check out of the hotel at about 1pm.
On our way to Muar! Going to miss KL, I will be back! Haahaa... Got a bit of jam at the NS Highway on the way back, opposite way is so quiet! Heavy rain on the way too! We exit at Tangkak & drove the small road to Muar. Quite a long way too, took abt min. 30mins to reached Muar. 1st thing we went to the street stores along Jalan Meriam for our late late lunch cum dinner. The wanton noodles, otah, fried oysters & satay are the best there! There are many stores selling the same stuffs so must really eyes open big big & check out which are the best stores for this yummy food! The chin chow drink (they called it "liang fen") & liang chao goes very well for such a hot weather!
Dh got a namecard from the best otah store there. Heehee... found the locals called the street as "四马路贪吃街". What a funny nick for the street! To get to Jalan Meriam, just drive straight after crossing the Muar's 2nd bridge. Very easy to find!
After the full full meal, we proceed to "Yong Sheng Confectionery" along Jalan Sayang, very near to Jalan Meriam (within walking distance). This time round, dh knew the way so we reached there quite fast by wallking. Previously we had a hard time, drving round & round the area to find the shop!
Went to this shop a few times already but seldom buy anything there coz I dun quite like to eat those local foodstuffs. Anyway this time we bot some biscuits with fillings inside, very nice! Please drop by divine-cafe to read up on what I had bought! ;)
We left Muar about 6-7pm & reached Singapore checkpoint about 9plus... Everyone was zzz-ing in the car while dh had to drive all with his sleepy eyes!
